10 Year Limited Warranty Terms:
During the warranty period, the manufacturer will replace FREE OF CHARGE, any
product (panel/board) which proves defective in manufacturing or in material and/or
workmanship when the panel/board is installed under normal conditions, the use is not
abusive and it is well maintained. Replacements' can be obtained by returning the
defective part to the manufacturer, TRANSPORTATION CHARGES PREPAID.
THIS WARRANTY IS LIMITED TO DEFECTIVE PARTS ONLY. LABOR CHARGES and/or DAMAGE INCURRED IN
INSTALLATION, REPAIR, OR REPLACEMENT AS WELL AS INCIDENTAL AND CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES
CONNECTED THEREWITH ARE EXCLUDED.
The manufacturer will not guarantee any product that has been installed incorrectly.
Modifications of the wood products and finish materials used require written acceptance by
the manufacturer, prior to the installation or modification, for the warranty to be placed
into effect.
Any damage to the product as a result of abuse, neglect, accident, improper installation,
tire, unusual volumes of water, floods, repairs by persons other than authorized and
professional personnel, WILL VOID THIS WARRANTY.
Share-the-burden: After 5 (five) years the cost of any warranty work will be shared 50%
(percent) by the customer and 50% (percent) by the manufacturer. If, within the terms of
the warranty, products are determined to be defective, as verified upon inspection by
persons authorized by the manufacturer, the manufacturer will replace or otherwise restore
(at his option) any such defective product or sections of it.
Expiration: Expiration of the warranty is 10 years from date of delivery to the original
purchaser or OEM.
This warranty is in lieu of all other warranties or conditions whether express or implied
including but not limited to those of merchantability or fitness for purpose and shall
constitute the sole remedy of the purchaser and the sole liability of the manufacturer in
respect of the sale of the product, whether in the nature of breach or breach of
fundamental term, or of negligence or otherwise. |
