For our European customers are we providing AllGreen® MDF, 100% recycled, zero incremental formaldehyde emissions, together with performance specifications surpassing industry standards for strength, moisture resistance and dimensional stability. Also available as "FIRE RETARDANT MDF".

LITE-MDF® is manufactured in a unique high-tech production process using extremely high quality materials.

LITE-MDF® is available with decorative HPL Laminate and surfaced with Melamine.

LITE-MDF® cuts and shapes smoothly with less tool wear, offering superior production properties. Thanks to a new technology are we able to achieve with our density of 680 - 720kg/m3 exactly the same strength as other products with the density of 750-760kg/m3.

The entire handling of LITE-MDF® is much easier, will reduce wear and tear on your production equipment, it helps to reduce breakdown times and you will be able to use your machinery for a much longer time. With other words: "You will save money".

CUTTING
LITE-MDF® boards provide ideal condition to achieve top processing quality with every sawing equipment. Due to the material density we do recommend hardened metal blades. Best results are obtained with a cutting angle of 8 - 10º, and handling speeds between 40 - 80 m/s

DRILLING
Any common drilling tool can be used (same equipment as needed for Plywood or Chipboards.

SCREWING
Easy and fast. It is recommended to pre-drill for best results.

DOWELLING
Standard ribbed dowels are recommended. The drilling hole should be +0.2mm to assure best distribution of glue.

MOULDING AND PROFILING
LITE-MDF® products are very suitable and high moulding quality is obtained. The material will guarantee best milling abilities, usually only possible with high quality solid hardwood.

COATING, FACING, LAMINATING, AND VENEERING
The very smooth, perfect, surface of LITE-MDF® allows you to utilize this product as ideal carrier for any laminate.

GLUING AND BONDING
All common and standard wood-glues are suitable. We recommend glue without any Formaldehyde content. Example: white glue PVAc or PU (D1 to D4). LITE-MDF® will save you money,... 80 - 120g/m2 is sufficient.

PAINTING
LITE-MDF® boards are ideal for efficient paint jobs and surface treatment of any kind. Simply follow the manufacturers instructions.

SANDING AND SMOOTHING
LITE-MDF® boards are ready to be used without additional sanding. Only for high-gloss paint sanding is recommended to obtain best paint durability.
