High density overlaid (HDO) plywood made of carefully selected hardwood veneers. Each cross laid veneer is resined separately for better endurance.

Heavy duty panels are made of carefully selected Spruce or Pine core, overlaid with high-density hardwood veneers.

JUMBOPLEX® is manufactured in a unique high-tech production process using extremely high quality materials.

JUMBOPLEX® is easy to machine using standard wood-working tools. The panel provides excellent strength and screw holding ability.

The cross-laminated construction imparts impact resistance to this structural plywood composite panel. Because of the durability of the special high-tech bond used in its manufacture, the dimensional stability of JUMBOPLEX® is its most important characteristic. Thanks to its cross-laminated construction and treatment of each ply,  JUMBOPLEX®'s stability is superior to other traditional panels.

JUMBOPLEX® has thicker face veneers (high-density exotic species) than those used in standard concrete formwork plywood or marine plywood. This gives it far greater strength and stiffness in the direction of the face grain.

JUMBOPLEX® also known as HDO-XL Composite, is comprised of wood veneers that are phenolic impregnated and fused together under extreme heat and pressure. The finished product is actually considered a thermoplastic with density and stability properties unlike no other wood-based product. It is very resistant to corrosive substances and also has a low coefficient of friction.
